Bogaczyk Law Firm, PLLC
Ms. Bogaczyk is a member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates and has been an attorney for 20 years but an advocate her entire adult life. Blending her psychology degree with a legal background fits her desire to continue to advocate on a broader level. Her intention is to work in an area that embraced her passion for disability rights coupled with filling a community void and need. After speaking with various agencies and some colleagues in the legal field, the common theme in discussions was the need for legal support in “special education” law. She then made the commitment and opened her private practice with a primary focus on special education law. She also has personal experience as a parent of a special needs child, and feels that being a visionary is important. She feels that parents know their child best, and feels its important to be prepared for an IEP meeting, and to not only encourage the team to set realistic goals, but to also create opportunities for the child to aspire to greatness during school and beyond.
