Community Service Options / RIM PUNS
The PUNS program is set up by the state of Illinois to provide services and supports to persons with developmental disabilities and their family members. Services can be accessed after completing a PUNS form and completing the interview process. Services provided include in-home support, respite care, life and work skills training programs, residential living arrangements, adaptive equipment, and any other needs that may be needed based on an individualized basis. The services are listed in a database for persons and families to access when care is needed.
