Job Coaching and Job Development Services: Assisting individuals age 16-63 to find jobs in the community. Helping evaluate skills, explore interests and search for places to put these skills to work. Support individuals in job seeking, interview preparation, transportation to job fairs and interviews. Job Coaching supports ease the transition to work for new employees. This is individualized, but typically structured to provide more intensive supports at the start of a new job, and faded supports within the first month. For both Job Development and Job Coaching, a funding source must be identified, such as IVRS or ID Waiver.
